While SunCrest select builders have a business plan that calls for them to build subdivisions of smaller homes, the Cadre of custom builders build to the lot owner‘s specifications and usually only one or two houses at any given time. Typically, there are 15 to 20 custom home builders creating their masterpieces here at SunCrest.
