Sunsets at Suncrest: Nothing like it View

In the March issue of the Suncrest Homeowners Association newsletter,the residents of Suncrest were invited to participate in a unique photo contest. Residents are encouraged to submit sunset photos from the Suncrest Community. The winner, judged by a panel of professional photographers, will win a generous voucher for an all-expenses paid trip for two to Hawaii.

The SunCrest Information Center was the site for the January 21st TallWoods Subdivision Estate Home Site Lot lottery, attended by many of the prospective lot buyers. The reservation holders consisted of prospective home owners, Custom Home Builders, and many current SunCrest residents, who originally purchased smaller homes years ago,now wishing to stay at SunCrest and build their dream home.

SunCrest is “abuzz” with excitement as the Holidays draw near. The Village Green Park and Information Center have been decked out in their Christmas lights, and the Christmas tree is decorated and awaiting the Holiday Open House scheduled for Saturday, December 3rd at the SunCrest Information Center.
